Marty Campbell

Hi! I’m Marty Campbell and I love my job. I am sometimes at Loma Vista but more often out at one of our satellite classrooms in Concord & Bay Point. I am a grandmother, so I especially enjoy meeting the children who come to school with their parents at our community locations. 

I am from Oregon, but my husband Charlie and I have lived in California for many years.  We love the sunshine, playing tennis and golf, and hiking in the beautiful hills near our home in Walnut Creek. My family has lived in many different countries, but we always return to California. 

When my children were small, we lived in Caracas, Venezuela.  There I learned to speak a little Spanish.  In 1993, I moved to Wales, a small country in Great Britain. They speak English there, but we did learn to read the road signs in Welsh.  After that, we lived for two years in Bangkok, Thailand.   I can shop, eat in restaurants, and give directions to taxi drivers in the Thai language.
