MICHAEL R MASON

Hello, students. My name is Michael R. Mason. I have been a teacher for the Mount Diablo School District since 2001. I love to teach and to meet people from other countries and cultures.

I am originally from Vallejo, CA. While there I began studying Kempo Karate. After 5 years, I became a junior instructor. When I graduated from high school I had decided that I wanted to be a teacher. I went to Japan for 12 years to learn teach to English as a Foreign Language and I loved it.

I came back to the U.S.A in April of 2001 with my wife and 3 lovely children. Since that September I began to teach here at Loma Vista and have loved every minute of it.
