T. Michele Carver

Hi. My name is Michele Carver. I was born in Oakland, California. I've been married for 15 years and have two children. I graduated
from UC San Diego with a degree in Communication. After graduating from college I lived in Denmark for one year with my Danish husband, where I studied Danish and taught English to business people for Berlitz.

Upon my return to the USA I went back to school at UC Berkeley, Extension to get my TESL Certificate. Jacques La Cour gave me my first job at Loma Vista as an ESL Instructor and I've been teaching for Mt. Diablo Adult Education on and off for the past 12 years.

I've also taught for the ELI at Berkeley Extension which has since changed to English Studies Institute for the past 7 summers.

Currently I work at Cambridge Elementary. I love working with students!
