Student will receive a resource list which consists of more than
fifteen agencies/services, (may include state, county or local organizations)
and written descriptions of 10 situations. He/She must choose and
write the name of the agency or service to contact to get help for
each situation. For example
a. a single mother is concerned that her teen-aged son may be using
drugs.
b. Jennifer wants to participate in the local summer soft-ball league.
BL-BH students will view a set of 6 pictures depicting the situation.
They must copy the name of the correct agency from the resource
list which consists of more than ten organizaitons.
Resource list should include a table of contents and page numbers

| Task Two |

Student will create a level appropriate booklet of community resource
organizations based on his/her personal and family needs. For at
least 8 community services listed in the booklet, students will
write 6 items, for example: the type of service offered, the fees,
eligibility requirements, the address, telephone number, and a contact
person.
(BL- BH list 6 community resources with 4 required pieces of information.)
Booklet must include a table of contents and page numbers. (BL-Adv)
