STEP ONE: Entry Fee Payment

($ 100.00 for Single Gender.)

Please print an ENTRY CARD to complete and send in with payment. Note however that the ENTRY CARD is for calculating your entry fee ONLY, and will not be used to register athletes. On-line registration must be completed by following the instructions below!

Please note that on-line registration does NOT officially enter your team into the meet. In order to be offically entered, entry fees must be received by the FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2nd, 2011 ENTRY FEE DEADLINE.

The 2011 field will be limited to the first 40 teams
for which entry fees have been received!

STEP TWO: On-line registration at RUNNERCARD.COM

ESI 2010 will be using the RunnerCard timing and scoring system! Beginning on July 1st, coaches may request registration passwords by e-mailing Meet Director Chuck Woolridge at:

Coaches that submit password requests after July 1st will be issued a registration password and specific directions for accessing the Ed Sias Cross Country Invitational registration page on the RUNNERCARD.COM web site.

On-line registration entails creating a RunnerCard account for your team, entering your athlete names, and designating the race in which they will participate. We encourage coaches to register and enter athletes ASAP. Once you have a RunnerCard account and registration password, additions and changes to entries can be made up until the THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 8th, 2011 REGISTRATION DEADLINE.

Please remember, ALL SCHOOLS MUST FIELD A COMPLETE VARSITY TEAM IN ORDER TO ENTER JUNIOR VARSITY ATHLETES OF THE SAME GENDER! Junior Varsity runners of schools that do not field a complete Varsity team or whose runners finish significantly faster than those representing the school in the Varsity race will be DISQULIFIED.

Also, schools must completely fill the "Limited" divisions before entering athletes in the FS/JV Unlimited race. The FS/JV Unlimited race is intended ONLY for schools that need additional space beyond the seven spots provided in the "Limited" divisions.
