Huh and McInturf in "flag transit". Seyoum nabs a streaking Holland and Strongman is forced to "Rambo" through the bushes.
Spiros talks strategy while incarcerated with teammates. Tran sounds a "jail break" as Woods closes in on a giggling Thung.
Meyers returns to her zone after a successful seizure. Taunting his adversary, Wiersma draws Oubre away from the "slammer".
The "shirts" prepare to scatter while Sandoval outlines her plan of attack. Williams pursues an unsuspecting Osman.
Espinoza and Piol walk away with a double steal. Meanwhile, the purple team helplessly views their demise from jail.
Of course, what practice would be complete without a little "pocket dancing"... without pockets no less!
It is a good day to be a Falcon. Just another ordinary track practice. Track is cool... and I have to pee!
Alas, time is up and the team runs back to school... but wait, where are Grant and Kestler? SLACKERS!!!
