Boy's Relay PR Secures Third Place Team Finish; Girls Crank Out 216 Points, Nine Event Champions in Title Rout

Brian Brown's (05) fifth All-Time 300 hurdle performance, along with second place finishes by Kai Glover (04) in the 100m and 200m, Kent Henry (04) in the 800m, Brandon Pressley (04) in the shot put, and the 1600 relay squad's 3:26.8ce shocker to conclude the meet, helped the Varsity Boy's to their best season finish in four years!

Meanwhile, the girl's squad outdistanced the rest of the league by a gaudy 114 points. 62 of the Falcon's 216 total came from the distance events, where Lindsay Allen (04) won her third consecutive "triple crown" and teammate Nicole Pennes (04) moved to second All-Time with a second place finish in 5:01.6ce for 1600m.

The surprise of the meet came in the 100m, won by an inspired Melissa King (04) who entered the event as the sixth seed! King blasted out of the blocks and continued to pull away through the tape.

The 400m was the apex of the Falcon's domination on the track, as they placed five athletes in the top seven, including a seventh All-Time performance by Ashley Cheda (05) on the heels of race winner Lizz Williams (04). Williams and King later sparked a 1-2-3 finish in the 200m with the help of Freshman sensation Lianne Lum (07).

Cheda came back later to win the 300 hurdles, with Missy Wagner (05) and Katie Maltester (05) also among the NCS Tri- Valley qualifiers.
