Cheda Hurdles to Top, Again!

Friday's NCS Meet of Champion trials provided the perfect prelude to Saturday's spectacular second place team finish for the Falcons. Ashley Cheda (05) returned to the top of the record board with her 45.3ce mark in the 300 Hurdles. Katie Maltester (05) also improved her All-Time ranking, finishing the 100 Hurdles in 16.2ce. Kelsey Dallara (07) dropped another second from her 1600m personal best to finish the season as the most successful freshman distance runner in CPHS history.
