March 15, 2008 –Jeremy Rubio set the tone for the distance squad by setting a PR in the 1600 to win the event in the meet against Northgate. He also won the High Jump at that meet and delved into the Long Jump. At the Bay Area Distance Festival, he set a Personal Record in the 3200, coming dangerously close to breaking the 10-minute barrier. |

| March 22, 2008 - Kelsey Gallagher had an outstanding day at the Martinez Relays, posting the fastest time on her 4x800m relay team, as well as running two impressive 400m splits as part of the DMR and 1600m relay teams. |

| April 25, 2008 - Lauren Crawford capped off a great week by stepping up her PR in the 3200m at the Bob Warren Relays, sending herself back onto the All-Time leaderboard for the event. Not only was it a great time, it was a well-strategized race in which she maintained her position and kicked at the end for a second place finish. |

| April 25, 2008 - Kyle Hernandez came back from a broken hand early in the season to excel at some new events. He could neither jump nor hurdle because of the cast, so he turned his speed to the flat track in the 4x4 at the Bob Warren Invitational, running the fastest split time of any runner this season. |
