2012 Season Practice & Competition Schedule:

Falcon Track and Field meets DAILY including holidays, Monday through Friday at 3:30pm for practice sessions during the spring season. ON YOUR OWN Saturday and Sunday training is also expected in order for athletes to achieve the optimal level of fitness required for a successful season. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY, as is arriving to practice on time, with proper gear, and staying for its entire duration.

Participation in DIABLO VALLEY ATHLETIC LEAGUE competitions is also MANDATORY, so please plan accordingly (April 4th, April 18th, April 25th, May 2nd, May 9th***, May 10th***, and May 12th ***). Athletes must be available to participate in these competitions in order to participate in the 2012 Falcon Track and Field season.

Though they are not mandatory, ALL athletes are EXPECTED to participate in the East Bay Invitational (March 3rd), Dan Gabor Festival (March 9th-10th), Dublin Distance Fiesta (March 17th), Bob Warren Charlie Eaton Relays (April 27th).

Falcon Track and Field welcomes athletes of all ability levels, however, please examine the schedule carefully and determine whether you can honor the commitment required to be a member of the Falcon Track and Field team. We understand that this level of commitment required for participation may not accommodate everyone.
