Our Mission

The mission of Monte Gardens Elementary School is to develop responsible and well-prepared students. We are a school with high academic and behavior standards, where parents and teachers work together, and where children love to learn.

Our Philosophy

Parents select our program because of our emphasis on high academic expectations, parent involvement, and responsible student behavior. Parents, students, teachers and the administrators make a commitment to work together, holding constant a clearly stated vision:

All students are expected to do well, all parents are to be involved in their child’s education, and students will be taught by their teachers to be organized in the management and preparation of school work.

8:15am - 2:45pm
(Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays)
8:15am - 12:48pm
(Wednesdays)

Daily Schedule for Kindergarten:
Early Group - 8:10am - 11:30am
(Wednesday 8:10am - 11:35am)
Late Group - 9:50am - 1:10pm
(Wednesday 9:10am - 12:35pm)

State of the School Report

2010-2011 KINDERGARTEN PRE-REGISTRATION
Pre-registration of children to attend kindergarten at Monte Gardens Elementary will be in January 2010. Only children from the waiting list who have received written confirmation will be registering on that day. Letters will be sent out prior to pre-registration.
