CURRICULUM

Standard Course Curriculum required by the English Language Arts Standards for all California high schools.

Standard course curriculum required by the Science Standards for all California high schools. IHTA covers Biology and Chemistry with emphasis on relationship with the Foods/Restaurant elements of the program.

Standard Course Curriculum required by the Social Science Standards for all California high schools. IHTA has added Geography as an element to support the Travel/Tourism

Standard Course Curriculum required by the Math Standards for all California high schools. IHTA uses regular math classes in the high school rather than integrated into the academy.
