International Hospitality & Tourism Academy |
|
The International Hospitality and Tourism Academy has a series of Field Studies that include overnight stays in California State Parks and other popular travel/tourism areas. The curriculum is varied and across the various classes students are taking. In other words, students may be learning about travel and tourism along with historical aspects of the area, and governmental regulations affecting the environment and protection of these valuable treasures. In addition, students will learn about how restaurants work and view kitchen operations. Travel to the sites allows students to study the geography of California. |
