Debbie Allen: As a Mt. Diablo Alumni and Serendipity graduate, Debbie brings many special talents to the Academy students. She has an A.A. Degree from Diablo Valley College and is currently completing her B.A. Degree at CSU Hayward. Debbie has attended professional development workshops at CIA, Greystone, The California Culinary Academy, and Johnson & Wales University. She has participated in the International Culinary Training with Ms. Moon and Chef Kevin in Bouge, France. Ms. Allen is the financial manager for Serendipity, our computer technician, and a strong support for FHA-HERO, assisting with more than 100 extra/inter curricular interdisciplinary projects/activities that take place in the Serendipity Program throughout the year. Debbie is married, has two children and holds a Vocational Teaching Credential. |

Linda Weamer: Mrs. Weamer has worked at Mt. Diablo since 1987, beginning in the Careers with Children Program and Pre-school once housed on our campus. Currently she is in charge of maintaining attendance for the Academy and making appropriate parental/guardian contacts, in addition to maintaining individual student information. Inventory of uniforms and linens, along with supervision of the computer research room in Serendipity are also her responsibilities. She supports students in their portfolio projects, transports them on field trips and internships. Mrs. Weamer has one son. |

Wendy Spencer: Ms. Spencer has worked at Mt. Diablo for many years making outstanding contributions to all the students that know her. She has a Learning Handicapped Certificate, in addition to a Standard Elementary Teaching Credential. Wendy supports students who have a broad scope of challenges. She is an exceptional and successful collaborative teacher for our entire IHTA teaching team and all Academy students as well. Wendy lends her expertise and support when needed and where asked in activities, projects, scholarship applications, as well as in our classrooms. |
