It is expected that each student has a planner daily and records all assignments This planner is to be used for: Recording homework and projects. Maintaining communication between home and school Providing consistency for students from class to class Helping students take responsibility for their learning by keeping track of their assignments As parents you can use the student planner to do the following: Review the use of the student planner with your child Check the student planner on a regular basis. Students should have assignments written down or indicate if there is no homework. (If lost, students should purchase a new one in the office) Communicate with teachers, request teacher conferences in writing and monitor your child's homework Matching Gifts Many employers match employees’ contributions to non profit organizations.
