Never heard of RSS feeds?  Feeds permit subscription to regular updates, delivered automatically via a web portal or news reader.  Using an RSS feeder means you don’t without have to remember to check a site manually or clutter your email inbox. You can now streamline your online experience by subscribing to specific content feeds and aggregating this information in one place to be read when you're ready

To participate, the first thing you need to do is to subscribe to a feed reader (also known as an “aggregator”).  A couple  popular ones are My Yahoo (www.my.yahoo.com) or iGoogle (www.igoogle.com) or Google Reader (http://www.google.com/reader/) then when you see a RSS feed icon () on any website from which you would like updates, click on that icon and then your feed reader will keep track of updates from that site!
